Booking & Cancellation Policies
NEW GUESTS A non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
CANCELLATION Please give us at least 24 hours notice for salon services and 48 hours notice for spa packages. Your deposit will remain on account for your next service.
Late cancellations: 50% of the service fee will be charged. Deposit not refundable.
No-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged. Deposit not refundable.
Because we reserve time just for you, these policies help us support our team and all our guests.
